About Kerry

I am a surgeon who cares deeply.

I am a third generation surgeon who loves to learn (please see my brief CV below). I balance my caregiving as a surgeon, life coach, health care advocate, mom and wife with activities such as relaxing with my family and friends, exercising, enjoying nature and reading. My family loves sports so I spend a lot of time watching and participating in a wide variety of athletic endeavors.

To continue to care for my patients, coaching clients, children, dogs, and husband I implement self-care which for me is based in MMN

(MMN = Meditation, Movement and Nature) each and every day. That leads to MAMA CAN!
The 3 As are Appreciation, Acceptance, and Awareness and the C = Connection.

MAMA CAN is my base to continue to be a truly present and kind person no matter what I am doing. Honestly, it allows me to be the best I can be.

As a former workaholic I feel I am now even better at surgery, coaching and caretaking now that I live a more balanced life. I truly look forward to "work" and feel grateful to have the opportunity to work as a surgeon, coach and advocate.
